General Information
Do you have a minimum order and how long does it take to process an order?
No, we don't have minimum order and all your orders are processed withing 48 hours after the receipt of payment. If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be informed by mail. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Are your products original?
We sell only authentic products, gold and diamond products selling in our online store were checked and hallmarked regardless of weight, all precious metals like 925 sterling silver jewelery products are stamped as required by law.
How can I contact you?
If you have any suggestions or inquiries, you can use the Contact Us form to send us an e-mail, and we will respond within 24 hours. Your feedback about our products and services will be carefully reviewed by our staff in order to satisfy your needs.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship our fashion jewelry products USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and some other countries, via USPS (United States Postal Service), Fedex and UPS. We do not ship to Middle and Far East, Africa, and CIS .
What types of stones do you use?
We use the highest quality cubic zirconias, amethysts, rubies, sapphires, diamonds, tanzanites and other precious and semi-precious stones. We sell all real and synthetic/simulated products. The details of each product are clearly stated in table of gemstone description. To search for any particular product, type it in the search bar.
The ring I bought does not fit me. Can anything be done about that?
Our site offers a money-back guarantee. If purchased items do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us and we will exchange them for another product/size or if you will want, we will return your money, the choice is yours. It is best that you visit your local jeweler and have your finger sized.

Shopping and Ordering
How do I place an order on your website?
It is very easy to place an order on our website.
  • Select the products you would like to purchase and click on the Buy Now button.
  • You will be redirected to the shopping cart where you will have to confirm your order by clicking on the Secure Checkout button.
  • Complete the form where you will have to fill in your billing and shipping info.
  • Continue and fill in all the required data from your credit card. Once you are done and clicked on the Pay Now button, your order will be placed in our store.
When will my order be dispatched?
As we stock all of the jewelry listed in our online store, all your orders will be dispatched as soon as is possible, within 1-2 days. Currently we do not ship on weekends. Shipping and payment confirmations may cause delays.
How can I pay for your products?
Currently, it is possible to pay with Visa card. Usually, it takes not more than 48 hours for the transactions to be processed and charged. All online payments are made on a secure checkout page to keep your data confidential and secure.
How can I cancel the order?
You can cancel your order before 2 pm EST on the day when you placed your order. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it anymore. All fraudulent manipulations with credit cards that will be considered fraudulent will be reported. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and can't be tolerated, all your data such as IP address, name, address, etc will be forwarded to the credit card issuing authority (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division), Credit Reference Agencies.
Why did you decline my order?
Your order can be declined if:
  • if you requested us to cancel it
  • if all ordered products are out of stock
  • if you have two or more identical orders at once
  • if you placed two identical orders at once
  • if your have some problems with shipping address, or it is incomplete
  • iif your shipping destination is in the the list of countries to which we don't ship
Counties to which we don't make shipping: some Middle and Far East Countries, Africa, South America, and CIS.

Shipping Infromation
What are your delivery terms?
We always send confirmation emails with all the delivery details for your order. Do not forget to check your Inbox. Estimated delivery time-frame on the website is based on orders placed before 2 p.m. EST, from Monday to Friday. All your orders will be dispatched as soon as is possible, within 1-3 days.
As we stock all of the jewelry listed in our online store, our delivery times are as fast as possible. Your order will arrive within 15-30 days, depending on location ( in bigger cities it will arrive faster, in smaller cities and villages it will arrive slower). If within 30 days you will not get the parcel, contact our Customer Support.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
At the moment when the order was placed, on your e-mail will be sent the confirmation letter in which will be shown tracking numbers that are available for UPS, FEDEX.
Do you ship products to my country?
Wee ship only to the USA, Canada, some Europe countries, Australia, New Zealand and some other countries. We do not ship to some Middle and Far East countries, Africa, and CIS. For the USA, we use Fedex, UPS, and USPS.
What do I do if my order is not delivered?
We will inform you if will appear some delays in delivery. We will inform you if an order is not delivered within the stated time-frame. There is no need to cancel the charge. If you are in touch with us we can resolve any issue that you might have. We will keep you satisfied with the services we offer. If within 30 days you will not get the parcel, contact our Customer Support.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your refunds and returns policy?
You can return a product if: you received the wrong product, or you received a damaged, defective item, if you bought a ring that don't fits you, then you can return the item and receive a full cost of product, minus the shipping cost and handling prices.
To return an item you must:
1. Notify our Customer Support service by describing: - quantity you are returning; -reason for return (wrong item, damaged, or defective item), within 5 days after delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, describe it as well as list any missing items. We will contact you by e-mail and notify you of the status of your return.
2. Include the shipping invoice and the RMA number with the item you are returning. If you prefer replacement, please put a note inside your return and we will ship you the replacement. If you are asking for a refund, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after we receive your return, and you will be notified via e-mail.
For returning an item you must return it with all paperwork in new and unused condition with original tags, to insure full credit. To return an item that wasn't approached by size, it must be "New and unused", this means that jewelry item has no marks, no scratches, all gemstones are well attached on it, it is not bended, it did not change its color (or gemstones didn't change their color), not broken. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, re-cut or altered in any way. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. The customer pay all costs related to return shipping. Customer must inform about returns. All the customs issues in case of international shipping should be managed by the customer.
