All orders will be processed Monday-Friday within 24-48 hours from the purchase date.
We sell only authentic products, gold and diamond products selling in our online store were checked and hallmarked regardless of weight, all precious metals like 925 sterling silver jewelery products are stamped as required by law.
We ship our goods using the services of Fedex, UPS, USPS and DHL. Shipping charges and carrier type will be generated automatically depending on your address and product price as well as weight.
We always send confirmation emails with all the delivery details for your order. Do not forget to check your Inbox. Estimated delivery time-frame on the website is based on orders placed before 2 p.m. EST, from Monday to Friday. All your orders will be dispatched as soon as is possible, within 1-2 days.
As we stock all of the jewelry listed in our online store, our delivery times are as fast as possible. Your order will arrive within 15-30 days, depending on location ( in bigger cities it will arrive faster, in smaller cities and villages it will arrive slower). If within 30 days you will not get the parcel, contact our Customer Support.
On confirmation of placing the order the client accepts to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as stated above.
Returns must be received within 30 days from shipment in the US territory. International customers have 30 days to return an item.
Make a return or an exchange of your purchased jewelry you can after 30 days of your purchase, or within 60 days of the original date on the invoice
Outletgo.net reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if the above conditions are not met: Returned item hasn't its original condition, or returned parcel hasn't its entirety.
All returned jewelry items must be returned in their entirety and in their original condition. All returned items can be "New and unused", to insure full credit they must have all original tags and all paperworks.
Outletgo.net can reject returns if returned jewelry items were used, have marks, scratches, are bended, jewelry items have lost their gemstones or changed their color, are broken, re cut or altered in any way. All handling charges and shipping/insurances are non-refundable. We suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier, for your protection. Please note that shipping/insurance and handling charges are non-refundable, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
If the item was shipped with a free shipping option, we will charge a standard shipping fee upon receiving the item back. All the money will be returned to your bank card except deducted 20% of the item's price and 2.5 USD as a labor fee.
To returns of all non-defective items, the fees can be restock in cases if you have a reasonable explanation for the return, if not, all returned non-defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. But anyway each case of returns, will be treated individually.
You can cancel your order before 2 pm EST on the day when you placed your order. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it anymore. All fraudulent manipulations with credit cards that will be considered fraudulent will be reported. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and can't be tolerated, all your data, name, address, IP address etc will be forwarded to the credit card issuing authority (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division), Credit Reference Agencies.
If happened some problems related to your bank or your bank card, delivery delays, misdelivery, etc, if appeared some problems we will make a refund or a replacement of your order if it will be necessary.
We kindly ask you to get in touch with us because we can refuse future purchases from customers who have previous chargebacks.
